Founder and co-owner of British Acadian Ltd., Inc., which was organized in 1988. As such his duties include the responsibility for planning and the implementation of all the programs and activities of the company, which are primarily the acquisition of proven oil and gas reserves, and to a lesser extent the exploration for oil and gas in the Gulf Coast basin of the United States. Those duties include administrative as well as technical disciplines, specifically the technical evaluation of potential oil and gas properties for the drilling of exploratory and development wells and the acquisition of proven producing reserves.
Richard Goula served as President of Convexx Oil and Gas, Inc. since its organization in 1985 until 1988. As Chief Officer for the Corporation, he was responsible for all of its projects and activities, and also had the responsibility for policies, planning and decision-making, and the implementation thereof. Mr. Goula is a Geologist and Geophysicist with primary experience in the Gulf Coast. Prior to joining Convexx, Richard Goula was a Senior Explorationist with Inexco Oil Company, of Houston and Lafayette, and before joining Inexco, Mr. Goula served two (2) years as Division Geophysicist for the Gulf Coast Division Office of Hamilton Brothers Oil Company, a Denver based oil company. From 1973 to 1981, Richard Goula worked as a Geophysicist for Tenneco Oil Company in the Offshore Gulf of Mexico, and had area responsibility for the evaluation of OCS lease sale tracts, and the generation of suitable drilling prospects.
Director of Operations, who has been working in the Technology, Financial, and Oil & Gas Industries for the past 25+ years. The majority of his career in International Investments and Technology. He spent 7+ years managing daily operations and economic analysis of oil & gas projects for British Acadian LTD. Served 10 years at IBM as an Advisory Software Engineer managing multiple software applications for International Marketing and Sales. And 6+ years as an agent for New York Life in the financial services. Which included the affiliation with NYLIFE Securities as a Registered Representative and Eagle Strategies as an Investment Advisor Representative. Oren is a graduate of University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Attorney serving as General Counsel for Schlumberger Oilfield Services with duties and responsibilities for both North and South America. He is working with legal counsels in a number of areas on geomarket legal issues, including business initiatives and serious litigation matters. Mr. Hantel has had twenty-five (25) years experience in legal affairs, concerning much of the United States Oil and Gas industry. Some areas of particular experience have been drilling and completions, turnkey projects, geophysical issues such as global master seismic agreements, reservoir services, multiclient data processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, personnel, insurance and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Schlumberger, Mr. Hantel worked with Exxon Corporation for several years, handling legal matters for a wide range of oil and gas industry issues.
Mr. Hantel serves as legal advisor to British Acadian and represents part of the ownership with regard to legal matters. He also assists in matters of organization, strategic planning and operational complexities.
